Skip the crowds and spend a few hours on Antigua's calm west coast in your own silent, solar-powered boat. Hires are short and flexible, so they fit easily around your ship's times.
1. Tell us your ship and all-aboard time. We'll suggest a start time and beach that leave you a comfortable margin to get back to the port.
2. Getting there. A dedicated taxi service is available if needed. Ask us on WhatsApp for transfer times and prices.
3. Drive your GoBoat. No licence needed, just a short safety briefing. Every GoBoat hire includes a free cooler and snorkel gear.
A GoBoat hire booked with us is not an excursion sold by your cruise line, so please allow a comfortable margin before all-aboard.

Do I need a boating licence to drive a GoBoat?
No. No boating licence or experience is needed. Every hire starts with a short safety briefing, and GoBoats are easy to drive: if you can drive a car, you can captain a GoBoat.
How many people fit on one GoBoat?Max 2 people per GoBoat. Groups of 3 or 4 take 2 GoBoats.
A maximum of 2 people per GoBoat, children included. Groups of 3 or 4 need 2 boats (1 boat per 2 people, rounded up), and our fleet of 20 GoBoats means groups can go out together.
Can children come?
Yes. Children aged 2 and over are welcome when they ride with a parent, and each child takes one of the 2 seats on the boat. Kids under 12 ride free, ages 12–14 are half price (US$37.50 per hour), and 15 and over pay the adult price.
How much does a GoBoat hire cost?
US$75 per person per hour (US$150 per boat for two). A 2-hour hire is US$150 per person (US$300 per boat). Kids under 12 ride free (ages 2+, with a parent, and they still take one of the 2 seats); ages 12–14 are half price (US$37.50 per hour); 15 and over pay the adult price. Every GoBoat hire includes a free cooler and snorkel gear.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If we cancel your hire because of the weather, you get a full refund.
Where do the GoBoats launch from?
From five beaches on Antigua's west coast: Valley Church, Runaway Bay (Mistic Beach Bar), Little Ffryes, Ffryes Beach and Darkwood Beach. Tell us which suits you when you book.
How long can I hire a GoBoat for?
Hires run 1 to 8 hours, full day on request, so you can choose a quick trip or a longer day on the water. We're open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every hire starts and finishes within those hours, so the last 1-hour hire starts at 4:00 PM.
I'm arriving on a cruise ship. Can I fit a GoBoat hire in and get back to the ship on time?
Yes, cruise passengers are very welcome. Tell us your ship's all-aboard time when you book and we'll suggest a start time that leaves you a comfortable margin to get back to the port. A dedicated taxi service is available if needed: message us on WhatsApp for transfer times and prices. Please note that a GoBoat hire booked with us is not an excursion sold by your cruise line.
