Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information EcoWave Adventures Ltd. ("we", "us") collects when you use ecowaveadventures.com or contact us about a GoBoat hire, and how we use it. We are based in Antigua and Barbuda.

Information we collect

• Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry through our website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the rental you're interested in, your preferred date, number of guests and any message. The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts our website, and is delivered to us by email.
• WhatsApp, phone and email. If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, your name as shown on that service, and whatever you choose to send us. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
• Bookings through Viator and other platforms. If you book through Viator or another booking platform, that platform shares the booking details we need to deliver your hire (such as your name, contact details, date and number of guests). The platform's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
• Website analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages and which pages they view. It is designed for privacy: it does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We see only combined statistics, not individual visitors.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our host and the services that supply our fonts and icons (Google Fonts and cdnjs) receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads the page.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange, confirm and manage your GoBoat hire.
• To contact you about your booking, including changes for weather or safety.
• To keep the business records we need to run EcoWave Adventures Ltd.
• To understand, in general terms, how our website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website host, email and booking platforms), or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our business and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@ecowaveadventures.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to keep some records where the law or our accounting obligations require it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
